low unemployment. Hungary has made the transition from
a centrally planned economy to a market economy. Hungary
is located on the Danube River Basin in Central Europe.
Bounded by Slovakia to the north, Ukraine to the northeast,
Romania to the east, Croatia and Serbia & Montenegro to
the south as well as Slovenia and Austria to the west.
